§1 General Provisions
- By accessing and using this website, all Users automatically accept these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy.
- MultiArtist.link is a creative-business-blog platform. The Administrator reserves the right to publish sponsored articles, advertisements, and various promotional products.
- The website is accessible for free on all compatible devices.
§2 Responsibilities and Technical Issues
- The Administrator does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability of the service.
- Technical errors or failures should be reported to: karol@juchniewi.cz.
- Reported issues will be resolved as soon as technically possible.
- The Administrator is not liable for technical errors or temporary service outages. For Premium Profiles, the Administrator may (at their discretion) extend the subscription period to compensate for significant downtime.
§3 Advertising and Payments
- The Administrator may publish advertisements in any form and location on the website.
- No Refund Policy: Once an invoice for a banner, sponsored article, or other advertising format is paid, it is considered a completed digital service agreement and is non-refundable.
§4 User Conduct and Legal Jurisdiction
- Users agree to observe general rules of ethics and netiquette.
- For matters not covered here, the laws of the Republic of Poland shall apply.
- Dispute Resolution: Users are encouraged to contact the Administrator first to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, the competent court is the District Court for Warsaw Wola (Poland).
